The idea is replayed through the real engine on history it has never seen, fees and all.

3. Verdict

Pass or fail, published either way, with the mechanism named. Most fail.

4. Stamp

The hash is committed to Bitcoin through OpenTimestamps. Anyone can check the date without trusting us.
